The Miralis Production Unit (MPU) represents the latest generation of mineral foam insulation production. Its modular design allows flexible adaptation to different production requirements and areas of application.
Thanks to intelligent hardware and software solutions, the MPU enables particularly efficient and resource-saving production and insertion. Another plus point: the system can be easy integrated into existing production lines and processes.
The manufacture of Miralis Mineral Foam Insulation (GMS65) is conducted directly on site, where it is most efficient. This approach minimises transportation distances and logistical requirements, while also optimising the use of space at the production facility. The mobile production unit requires only the space of a standardised container.
Miralis Production Unit (MPU)
Produces the mineral foam insulation.
Miralis Output Unit (MOU)
Inserts the produced mineral foam insulation into the respective wall-system, depending on the application area. (Sandwich wall panels or bricks)
